AVOID!! Do not use this website if you live in the UK!
I ordered in January and my parcel has been sitting in a DPD depot for over one month now. Blue Tomato are not interested and blame DPD/Brexit. No updates are forthcoming. I have no idea when my parcel will arrive. DPD are similarly u helpful. Very disappointing.
Update: Order number 93911367
Further update (21 March) this still remains unresolved. My parcel has been sitting at customs now for almost 2 months. Blue Tomato have refused to issue me with a refund so I will need to take this up with my credit card company now to reclaim the money. They said they would issue me with one when DPD begin an investigation. However DPD have been similarly unhelpful, despite me contacting them several times. Neither company seems to have any desire to sort this out.
Definitely think twice before you order if you are based in the UK. Really not worth it.
Absolutely useless, don’t bother wasting your time and money, two orders placed and guess what ? 2 weeks later still nothing, refused to refund and forced me to claim through PayPal website said 7 day delivery, online chat staff will not help, they blame brexit, goods that are missing have been in the U.K. since the 25th January and not even been scanned. Company will not take responsibility, shame really would have recommended you to a lot of people.
Will not be using this shambles of a company again.

I am happy with my purchase! I ordered a snow jacket and pants. The goods arrived just as promised, the tracking was working and gave enough transparency. The support was responding fast. Fortunately, I didn't have to return any of the ordered clothes.

Fast delivery to Turkey. Package was solid, there isn’t any damage ordered stuff
Prices were not same on checkout as it was on the cart. I didn't double-check before payment, but later I realize that. The greatest difference was for snowboard googles 136 euros instead of 116 euros. As it was a big order I didn't notice that difference on checkout
